Please read this agreement before using JooinMusic. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Services

JooinMusic provides:

• Playback of local audio you import yourself;
• Track management, favorites, themes, and playback modes;
• Reading of audio tags, and queries to NetEase Cloud Music for covers and lyrics;
• Transfer of audio files from a computer to the phone on the same Wi-Fi network;
• Continued playback on the lock screen and in the background.

This app is not an online music catalog. It does not provide accounts, memberships, paid downloads, or social features.

2. Your Music Files

You must ensure that you hold lawful rights to, or have obtained permission for, the audio you import, transfer, and play. You may not use the app to store, distribute, or publicly perform infringing works.

You are solely responsible for copyright disputes arising from files you import. We do not review or host your library.

3. Covers and Lyrics

Covers and lyrics come from NetEase Cloud Music APIs and are shown only in the playback interface. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Copyright in that content belongs to the respective rights holders. You may not use cached covers or lyrics for commercial distribution or republication.

4. Local Network Transfer

The transfer feature temporarily listens for connections on the local network. Use it only on Wi-Fi networks you trust, and turn it off when finished. You assume the risk of files being written if others on the same network access the transfer page.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, crack, or interfere with the normal operation of the app, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Use the app to distribute illegal content;
• Use the app in any way that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the JooinMusic software, interface, name, and icons belong to the operator or the respective rights holders. This agreement does not transfer those rights to you; it only grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that covers, lyrics, transfer, or playback will always be available, continuous, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for inability to play, data loss, or similar issues caused by system versions, networks, corrupted files, third-party API changes, or your device environment.

This agreement does not affect rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update this agreement and publish it on the same page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new agreement. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
